Ingredient Suggestions:
Organic Peanut Butter (I use Teddie’s with Flax)
Slivered Almonds
Flax seed (seeds or ground or both, because we absorb ground flax)
Raisins
Bulgar flour
Raw sugar
Agave Nectar
Crushed Cashews
Dark Chocolate Chips
Flax Oil
Dried Chopped Apricots
